I served as a Virtual Community Organizer (VCO) for the Center for Teaching Quality for three years, as part of a team supporting the general
Collaboratory discussion boards space and focusing solo on the Innovative Leadership lab. I also helped with special topic chats on the
Collaboratory as well as book chats. I have written three articles as part of a Teaching Roundtable on parent involvement hosted by edweek.org, Listening to Parents' Priorities, Follow-Up: Making the Most of Parent Feedback, and Standardized Testing Has Created an Unfair Burden on Public Schools. I also wrote Post-Feminist Students? Think Again for edweek.org through Teacher Leaders Network, an antecedent of CTQ.
